We Build for People
Encore Construction Concepts LLC
We are builders of more than homes, we build community. Our experience and expertise has been gained over the lifetimes of our staff, and all of us have spent most of our lives building. We volunteer our services in the community regularly as well.

Our relationships are what make us strong, and we want to build one with you. Our roots are here and so are we. We are the dads that drive our children nuts with all the buildings we point out and say "Hey! I helped build that!"

Feeling good about how we leave a job is important to us. We want to wave to you at the grocery store, not duck you. Your referrals are our only advertising. If you're not happy, we're out of business. It's a simple formula that guarantees positive results for all parties.
Built Better
Even with our massive inventory of tools, we still can't cut corners. That extra framing brace not on the plans that we know will save you an issue if installed? It's going in. That extra nail or screw for good measure? It's instinct.
Communication
We schedule ideal communication checkpoints with you if no natural one occurs within a time frame so you are kept up to date. You also get looped into our software where you can see documentation related to your project such as permits, contracts, and more right from your smartphone.
Accountability
We are paid using "draws", or a series of predetermined "Pay" points to ensure you don't pay for work not already done. Once completed, we give you another ten calendar days to be sure you love the quality and craftsmanship before we collect the final payment.
